WELCOME TO GO THE PINK DOG! 2012

A marvellous day with six pink winners yesterday bringing the total amount to $41,500. Go The Pink Dog!
Greyhound Racing Victoria and Tasracing are aiming for $65,000 by the end of February, to help raise funds for McGrath Breast Care Nurses across Australia.

Go The Pink Dog! is a month long campaign that has been developed in support of the McGrath Foundation.

Every time the Pink Dog wins a Victorian and Tasmanian Greyhound race in February 2012, Greyhound Racing Victoria and Tasracing will donate $500 to the McGrath Foundation. There is a pink number 8 greyhound in every race, so it is hoped that over $65,000 will be raised for this tremendous cause.

The McGrath Foundation raises money to place McGrath Breast Care Nurses in communities right across Australia, as well as increasing breast awareness in young Australian women.

The campaign’s proud partners for 2012 are Sky Racing, Greyhound Racing Victoria [GRV], and Tasracing.
